February 2021 Update
As VALU CO-OP approaches our first anniversary in March, we wanted to offer our supporters an update on our activities, and say a sincere thank you for carrying us this far! This is our very first newsletter, and we are excited to be sharing this with you!

Expanded services
Our unionized print studio is fully equipped to do small and large batch orders: heat press and screen printing (totes, tees, masks, and other textiles); buttons, stickers. We now offer graphic design and branding services, video production (from workshop videos, campaigns, to feature length films); as well as web streaming services.
We have also recently included remote learning package assembling services for educators and other partners who are facilitating remote learning, but want to prepare tactile and physical packages for their participants!
Please contact orders@valucoop.ca for more information.
The Labour of Love
Our Mutual Aid Campaign with the Nesting Doula Collective
Mutual aid campaigns
Because of your support, we were thrilled to collaborate on three mutual aid campaigns this year! These campaigns allowed us to raise funds to employ artists, and to support grassroots organizations.
Alongside Coming Together Vancouver, we raised funds to support people struggling amid COVID-19.
Together with Indigenous Women Outdoors, we raised funds to support programs that cultivate the leadership of Indigeous Woman in the outdoors industry while providing financial accessibility and safety training.
We contributed to the Nesting Doula Collective's campaign to provide doula services for 25 BIPOC births this year.
PS: Nesting Doula products are still up for sale for a little while longer on our store!
Thank you! And a request :)
If possible, please share with your networks about our services, our webstore, and what we’re up to, that would be amazing - referrals go a long way.
Thank you!
Yours in Solidarity,
Members of VALU CO-OP
